Yes, there is a nominal charge for home collection: ₹100 within city, ₹200 outside city, ₹150 for Sunday, and ₹300 for emergency collection. This is separate from the test charges.

Fasting requirements depend on the test. For blood sugar and lipid profile, 8-12 hours fasting is required. Stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals before the test. Our team will provide specific instructions when confirming your appointment.

Absolutely! Our home collection service is ideal for senior citizens and people with mobility issues. Our phlebotomists are trained to handle elderly patients with extra care and patience.

Reports are delivered digitally via email and WhatsApp within 24-48 hours. You can download, print, or share them directly with your doctor. Physical copies can also be arranged upon request.

Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
